Turnaround
We ship UPS ground as our standard. For an additional cost you can elect
to have packages shipped next day, 2nd day, or 3 day select for in-stock merchandise only. UPS does
not deliver to P.O. Boxes or outside of the U.S.. Once your order is
placed, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation with your order number.
You can check your order's processing and shipping status online. All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST. You will be sent an email with estimated shipping date on any item not in stock. If you have a question about shipping please contact us at 800-346-3885.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND CURRENTLY WE ONLY SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATES.

shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping
of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your UPS Zone
location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost
of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in good condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer
defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase, unless it is a warranty item. If the item is under warranty then the return policy will default to the manufacturer's date. No merchandise may be returned without a return authorization number.
1. Please call 800-346-3885 or email customerservice@inter-county.net to obtain an authorization number.
2. Once you receive your authorization number, please mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a
signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original
receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if
they are opened.
Merchandise that has been damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
Items returned for credit after 15 days will be subject to a 10%
restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not
refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but
you still will have to pay return shipping unless item has a factory defect.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we
will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item
becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not
be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
